To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include all accessories, tags, and documentation originally provided.
• Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items damaged through customer misuse.

- REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- RETURN SHIPPING
Viora Style provides free returns within the eligible 30-day return period.

- CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
